Every visit, the same way
Whichever service you book, the shape of the appointment is the same.
Request an appointment
Book online in about two minutes or call the front desk. We will confirm by text the same business day.
Fill in your intake
A short form arrives by text. Doing it at home keeps check-in to about five minutes.
See your provider
Vitals with a medical assistant, then 20 to 40 minutes with the provider you chose.
Labs in the building
If you need blood work, it happens in the same visit. Most results come back the same day.
Before you book
No. Riverbend is primary care, so you can book directly. If you need a specialist, we place the referral and send your records with it.
Usually. A standard 20-minute visit fits about two problems comfortably. Tell the front desk when you book so enough time is reserved.
Primary care, vaccinations and telehealth run at all three. The lab and women's health are at Riverpoint and the Valley, and pediatrics is mostly at South Hill.
Not sure which visit you need?
Call the front desk and describe what is going on. They book the right length of appointment with the right provider, which is most of the battle.
Most major Washington plans accepted. Sample self-pay rates published for every visit type.
