What this covers
A telehealth visit at Riverbend is a real appointment with your own provider, not a stranger on a national platform. It is booked, charted and billed like any other visit, and the notes go into the same record.
Video works well for follow-up on a known problem, medication adjustment, rashes and skin questions, mental health visits, cold and flu symptoms, urinary symptoms in women with a clear history, results discussions and post-hospital check-ins. It works poorly for anything that needs hands, ears or a lab that day, and we will tell you when it is better to come in.
You need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and to be physically in Washington State at the time of the visit. A link arrives by text 15 minutes beforehand; there is nothing to install.

20-minute visits with your own provider, bookable up to six weeks ahead.

Sent to your pharmacy during the visit, within the limits on controlled substances.
