It is not medical advice, it is not tailored to you, and it does not create a patient relationship. A patient relationship begins when you register with the practice and are seen by one of our providers.

Appointment requests and pricing

An appointment request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A member of the front desk team confirms the time before it exists in the schedule.

All prices shown on this site are sample self-pay figures for illustration. What you actually pay depends on your insurance plan, deductible, the complexity of the visit and any tests or procedures performed. We will always tell you the expected cost before a non-urgent test or procedure if you ask.

Telehealth

Telehealth visits are offered only to patients who are physically located in Washington State at the time of the appointment, in line with state licensing rules. Some problems cannot be assessed safely by video, and your provider may ask you to come in instead. Prescribing of controlled substances through telehealth is restricted by federal and state rules.
