Dr. Park looks after a large panel of older adults on the South Hill and handles most of the practice's memory evaluations, fall risk assessments and Medicare annual wellness visits.

She started Riverbend's pharmacist medication review, which goes through the list of every patient on more than eight prescriptions and, more often than not, shortens it.

Her panel is currently full, but she keeps a waiting list and takes established Riverbend patients who move into her age group.

The best medication list is the shortest one that still does the job.
